  4. Revival
    1. God

        Psa. 51.8 Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.
        Psa. 51.9 Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.

        Psa. 51.12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
        Psa. 51.13 Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.
        Psa. 51.14 Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.

        Psa. 71.19 Thy righteousness also, O God, is very high, who hast done great things: O God, who is like unto thee!
        Psa. 71.20 Thou, which hast shewed me great and sore troubles, shalt quicken me again, and shalt bring me up again from the depths of the earth.

        Psa. 138.7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
        Psa. 138.8 The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.
      5. Psalms 143:1-12
    2. Ourselves
      1. Rom.12:1-2
        Rom. 12.1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
        Rom. 12.2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
      2. II Cor.4:13-18
        II Cor. 4.13 We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;
        II Cor. 4.14 Knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you.
        II Cor. 4.15 For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God.
        II Cor. 4.16 For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
        II Cor. 4.17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;
        II Cor. 4.18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
      3. Eph.4:17-32
      4. Col.3:1-17
    3. Others
      1. Rom.15:30-32
        Rom. 15.30 Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ's sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me;
        Rom. 15.31 That I may be delivered from them that do not believe in Judaea; and that my service which I have for Jerusalem may be accepted of the saints;
        Rom. 15.32 That I may come unto you with joy by the will of God, and may with you be refreshed.
      2. I Cor.16:14-18
        I Cor. 16.14 Let all your things be done with charity.
        I Cor. 16.15 I beseech you, brethren, (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and that they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints,)
        I Cor. 16.16 That ye submit yourselves unto such, and to every one that helpeth with us, and laboureth.
        I Cor. 16.17 I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for that which was lacking on your part they have supplied.
        I Cor. 16.18 For they have refreshed my spirit and yours: therefore acknowledge ye them that are such.
      3. II Cor.7:9-13
        II Cor. 7.9 Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing.
        II Cor. 7.10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.
        II Cor. 7.11 For behold this selfsame thing, that ye sorrowed after a godly sort, what carefulness it wrought in you, yea, what clearing of yourselves, yea, what indignation, yea, what fear, yea, what vehement desire, yea, what zeal, yea, what revenge! In all things ye have approved yourselves to be clear in this matter.
        II Cor. 7.12 Wherefore, though I wrote unto you, I did it not for his cause that had done the wrong, nor for his cause that suffered wrong, but that our care for you in the sight of God might appear unto you.
        II Cor. 7.13 Therefore we were comforted in your comfort: yea, and exceedingly the more joyed we for the joy of Titus, because his spirit was refreshed by you all.
      4. II Pet. 1:12-15
        II Pet. 1:12. Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth.
        II Pet. 1:13. Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance;
        II Pet. 1:14. Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our Lord Jesus Christ hath shewed me.
        II Pet. 1:15. Moreover I will endeavour that ye may be able after my decease to have these things always in remembrance.
  5. Danger!! Heb.6:1-6
    Heb. 6.1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
    Heb. 6.2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
    Heb. 6.3 And this will we do, if God permit.
    Heb. 6.4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
    Heb. 6.5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
    Heb. 6.6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

  7. Conclusion Rev. 3:1-3 and 14-22
    Rev.3:1-3
    Rev. 3.1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.
    Rev. 3.2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.
    Rev. 3.3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

    14-22
    Rev. 3.14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
    Rev. 3.15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
    Rev. 3.16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
    Rev. 3.17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
    Rev. 3.18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
    Rev. 3.19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
    Rev. 3.20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
    Rev. 3.21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
    Rev. 3.22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
